Your credit card details are NEVER kept on file, in fact your Credit Card details are processed through our secure server and at no time are your details keyed into an external EFTPOS machine. Therefore we are not actually privy to your credit card details at any time.
We also request only minimal information from you in order to serve you better and to make sure your goods arrive at the correct destination. We will require your name, address, phone number and email address to process your order. To better serve our customers and to understand our market we may ask questions such as your gender; age and interests if you choose to sign up as a Plumeria Coastal Home member, but this is at your discretion. We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.
We charge a flat rate of only $10.00 for metro areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT for as many items as you wish ( excluding bulky items). We try and keep our freight costs as low as possible, whilst maintaining efficient delivery and care of your order.
Please allow 2-5 days during weekdays for delivery. For Post Office Boxes, we use Australia Post registered. Fastways Couriers do not deliver to P.O Boxes, we prefer to deliver to physical addresses as opposed to PO Boxes so we can track our goods. We cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. So where possible please nominate a physical address.

FAR NORTH QLD - $18.00 PER ORDER
If you have not received delivery within 5 weekdays, please email us on email@example.com and we will contact the courier company and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We track all our parcels and require a signature to acknowledge delivery, therefore please make sure that you will be able to receive the package either at home or place of work.
Alternatively call into our store at Bronte to pick up your order.
Due to the fragile and delicate nature of certain products we always take great care in packaging your order to protect it during transit. However once it leaves our head office, it is in the hands of couriers and occasionally things can be broken.
If you receive an item that is broken or faulty, then please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to obtain a full refund or exchange. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.We will require a copy of your invoice, your payment details and may request that you return the item to us Reply Paid. We will then issue you with our Reply Paid number.
If for some reason, you receive the product and are not happy due to a change of mind, simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for postage charges and the item must be in perfect unused saleable condition in the original packaging and with your original invoice.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of exchange.
We accept VISA ,MasterCard and American Express.
We also accept PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order.
Orders processed via Direct Deposit and Money Orders will not be dispatched until monies have cleared.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
