Your credit card details are NEVER kept on file, in fact your Credit Card details are processed through our secure server and at no time are your details keyed into an external EFTPOS machine. For orders over $150 within Australia, we offer FREE shipping to our customers.
We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.
Orders for WA, NT and remote areas of Australia, we use Australia Post - Registered.
We charge a flat rate of only $10.00 for metro areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT for as many items as you wish ( excluding bulky items). We try and keep our freight costs as low as possible, whilst maintaining efficient delivery and care of your order.
Please allow 2-5 days during weekdays for delivery. Please allow extra time for WA and remote areas. For Post Office Boxes, we use Australia Post registered. Fastways Couriers do not deliver to P.O Boxes, we prefer to deliver to physical addresses as opposed to PO Boxes so we can track our goods. We cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. So where possible please nominate a physical address.

Outback Australia and regions not on our courier delivery map will require a custom quote and time frame. If you have not received delivery within 5 weekdays, please email us on email@example.com and we will contact the courier company and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We track all our parcels and require a signature to acknowledge delivery, therefore please make sure that you will be able to receive the package either at home or place of work.
Alternatively call into our store at Bronte to pick up your order.
*For extremely delicate items such as our handmade Coral and Shell mirrors, Sydney Metropolitan customers are eligible to request Plumeria Coastal Home Concierge Delivery. This is $10.00 and will be added to your order under normal shipping.
A Plumeria Coastal Home team member will personally deliver the item to your home or workplace, ensuring it reaches you safely. We encourage this service to Sydney metro customers purchasing our delicate items only, all other products can be delivered through normal courier means. If you are unsure if your area qualifies, simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org Plumeria Coastal Home reserves the right to change or amend a shipping quote for large orders and remote areas, however you will always be notified in advance of this.
We understand the difficulty of buying online, sometimes what you think you’ve ordered from the picture, looks nothing like the product you’ve received. We also take care to measure and weigh our products, so there are no disappointments upon arrival. It is our customer’s responsibility to check the measurements of goods advertised so there is no confusion, as some products may appear bigger or smaller than they really are as a digital image.
Due to the fragile and delicate nature of certain products we always take great care in packaging your order to protect it during transit. However once it leaves our head office, it is in the hands of couriers and occassionally things can be broken.
If you receive an item that is broken or faulty, then please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to obtain a full refund or exchange. Please email us on email@example.com.We will require a copy of your invoice, your payment details and may request that you return the item to us Reply Paid. We will then issue you with our Reply Paid number.
If for some reason, you receive the product and are not happy due to a change of mind, simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for postage charges and the item must be in perfect unused saleable condition in the original packaging and with your original invoice.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of exchange.
We accept VISA ,MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheque.
Orders processed via Direct Deposit, Cheques or Money Orders will not be dispatched until monies have cleared.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
