We endeavour to return your email within 24 hours, however for urgent matters please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING HOURS AT THE BRONTE STORE?

Autumn Hours

Tues - Sat 10am - 4pm

We close Sundays & Mondays. We also close on Public Holidays.

We're opposite Iggy's Bakery and just down from Three Blue Ducks, look for the red Australia Post box!

 

DO YOU OFFER LAY-BY?

Absolutely! But it must be in store and for items over $250 only. Full payment must be made within 4 weeks of lay-by. There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% should you cancel the lay-by at anytime.

 

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

 

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150 AUSTRALIA WIDE.

 

For orders under $150 we charge a flate rate of $10.00 for as many items as you like to the EAST COAST of Australia. This includes the metro cities of SE Qld, NSW, ACT and VIC. We use Australia Post and Fastways couriers.

Metro QLD/NSW/VIC/ACT - $10.00 PER ORDER

FN QLD - $18

WA - $25.00 PER ORDER

SA - $20.00 PER ORDER

NT - $25.00 PER ORDER

TAS - $20.00 PER ORDER

If you only wish to purchase a small item and you live in WA, NT , TAS or SA, simply email us and we'll adjust the shipping quote.

I’ve just placed my order. When will I receive it?

  • Once we receive your payment, we ship the next business day.
  • Please allow 2-5 days to receive your order depending on your location. (Please allow longer for remote areas, NT, SA and WA.) However most orders are received within 2-3 days. Sydney orders within 1-3 days.
  • We prefer physical addresses as our courier firm does not deliver to PO Boxes. PO Box orders will be sent registered post however we do not guarantee delivery times with Australia Post.
  • If you are not home at the time to receive and sign for your order, the courier will leave a note, so you can arrange a delivery day that suits you. We do prefer you nominate an address where you will be such as workplace or home to sign on the day as redelivery may incur a fee.
  • We track and trace all our packages and will keep you informed if there is a delay due to a natural disaster such as flood, fire or storm, therefore please double check your email details so we can reach you.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently undergoing a trial run shipping internationally. We now ship to US, UK and New Zealand. Only products in the 'OVERSEAS STORE' can be purchased at this time. We also charge a flat rate to anywhere in the UK and US for $25. New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.

 

 ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK?

All items that are for sale are in stock and available. Once you get to the check-out, it will display the quantity that is available. If we sell out of an item, it will display OUT OF STOCK and you can simply email us for delivery stock date arrival or to register your interest.

 

I’ve just received my order, but an item is broken, what do I do?

Not a problem, sometimes it happens despite our best packaging precautions. Simply email us at info@coastalhome.com.au and provide your details. Please specify if you would prefer a refund or exchange. We may require that you post back the damaged item for quality purposes and will provide you with a Reply Paid address. Once we receive the damaged item your refund is processed within 24 hours. Alternatively, if you choose to have the item replaced, we will courier you the new item immediately.

 

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Absolutely, in fact most Plumeria Coastal Home products (except furniture and bulky items such as mirrors, frames, cushions and prints) are wrapped in aqua or white wrapping paper and ribbon. And the best thing is, there is no extra charge. (We do not offer free gift wrap on sale items) Whether it’s just for you or a gift for a friend, we believe it deserves to look gorgeous when you receive it.

 

The item I want is out of stock, I’d like to purchase it, what do I do?

Simply register your interest for that product by clicking the Enquiry button, which can be found near the product and we will advise of the expected arrival date. Product requests can also be made through info@coastalhome.com.au

 

I’ve received my order but I've changed my mind, can I exchange it for something else?

As long as you contact us within 7 days from the day you receive your goods, we are more than happy to provide a full refund or exchange provided the item is returned in perfect saleable condition and in it's original packaging. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Please note shipping costs for the return of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer and we require your details and  invoice number included with the return of the goods.

I’m a little concerned about using my credit card online, is this website secure?

  • We understand the concern of shopping online and take the security and safety of your transaction very seriously. We process all payments through our secure server using SSL encryption.
  • Our site has also been malware scanned and verified through Verisign to be secure and safe.

I'M AN INTERIOR DESIGNER, DO YOU OFFER INDUSTRY DISCOUNT?

We certainly do, simply email sam@coastalhome.com.au  for our generous discount rate for interior designers and stylists.

 

Can I order over the phone?

We are happy to take orders over the phone if you are not comfortable with our shopping cart check out process. You can call us at our Bronte store on 02 9386 9915.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order. Payment via DD and MO will not be dispatched until payment clears.
